A lifelong resident of Wyoming Valley and proud Penn State University graduate, Vince brings a wealth of real estate expertise to his role as an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector. With a career spanning both sides of the real estate industry, Vince began as a real estate agent before transitioning to buying, selling, and managing investment properties.

As a hands-on general contractor and property manager for his own projects, Vince gained invaluable experience and firsthand appreciation for the importance of thorough home inspections. Inspired by this, he pursued professional certification to help clients protect their investments and understand the ongoing care their homes require.
